If you love a good deal and have fun hunting treasure, the 1st Annual Ocracoke Island-Wide Yard sale is the place for you.  The Ocracoke Civic & Business Association’s 1st Annual Island-Wide Yard Sale will be held September 29, from 8am – 6pm around the Island.  Ocracoke Island residents and businesses will haul down the treasures from their attics and closets.  Items to be sold include crafts, home goods, tools, artwork, clothing, decoys, jewelry, accessories and more.

The goal of the event is to attract as many shoppers and encourage as many yard sales as possible throughout the Island on that day.  Participation in this event is free to all Ocracoke individuals and businesses.

Businesses and residents will open their treasure troves at whatever time they want throughout the day to ensure that shoppers continue to visit the locations throughout the day.  There is sure to be a treasure with your name on it!
